These Terms of Service govern your use of the Clock Out website (clockoutdrink.com) and your purchase of products from Clock Out LLC. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and Availability

Clock Out LLC sells dietary supplement products. All product descriptions, ingredients, and pricing are presented as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice, except for Founding Member subscription pricing, which is locked at the rate at the time of enrollment for the duration of the subscription.

Pre-Orders

When products are listed as pre-orders, you are placing an order for a product that has not yet shipped. Your payment is processed at the time of purchase. If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, you will receive a full refund. Estimated ship dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and Shop Pay. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are charged automatically on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at hello@clockoutdrink.com. Cancellation takes effect after the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for the current billing period.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates and policies are outlined on our Shipping Policy page. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Clock Out LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, available on our website. Please review that policy before making a purchase.

Dietary Supplement Disclaimer

Clock Out products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Consult your healthcare provider before using any dietary supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Do not use this product as a substitute for medical treatment.

Allergens and Interactions

Our products contain bovine collagen. Curcumin may interact with blood-thinning medications. Review the full ingredient list and warnings on each product page before purchasing. Clock Out LLC is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from allergen sensitivity or medication interactions that are disclosed on product labeling.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Clock Out LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability
