Refund policy

We stand behind our product. If you're not satisfied, here's how returns work:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Product must be unused and in its original packaging. Opened boxes and used packets are not eligible for return, but if you genuinely tried it and it's not for you, email us and we'll work something out.

To start a return, email hello@clockoutdrink.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll respond within 48 hours with instructions.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the returned product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account page or by emailing us. No cancellation fees. No hoops to jump through.

If your order arrived damaged, missing items, or with the wrong product, email us immediately at hello@clockoutdrink.com and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
