Pre-Order Shipping

Clock Out is currently available for pre-order only. All pre-orders are expected to ship Fall/Winter 2026. The exact ship date will be communicated via email as our production timeline solidifies.

Your card is charged at the time of order. Pre-order revenue funds our first production run directly.

If you change your mind before your order ships, contact us at hello@clockoutdrink.com for a full refund. No questions asked.

Order Updates

You will receive email updates throughout the production process, including:

  • Confirmation that your order was received
  • Progress updates approximately every two weeks
  • A shipping notification with tracking information when your order is on its way

Shipping Rates

  • The Minimum (Sampler Kit): Shipping calculated at checkout
  • 30-Day Supply (one-time or subscription): Shipping calculated at checkout
  • 90-Day Recovery Kit: Shipping calculated at checkout
  • Crew Supply Pack: Free shipping

Shipping Carrier and Delivery

Orders ship via USPS or UPS from Minnesota. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard (contiguous US): 3 to 7 business days
  • Alaska and Hawaii: 7 to 14 business days

We do not currently ship internationally.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, email us at hello@clockoutdrink.com and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
