Frequently Asked Questions
Shipping & Pre-Orders
Is this a pre-order?
Yes. We're shipping our first production run in Spring 2027, and these orders are what fund it. You're getting in early, and locking in pre-order pricing, before we manufacture.
When will my order ship?
Spring 2027. We'll email you progress updates along the way so you always know where things stand.
Can I get a refund before it ships?
Anytime. If you change your mind before we ship, we'll refund you in full, no questions.
Where do you ship?
United States only for now.
The Product & How to Use It
What's in it?
Six active ingredients at the doses the research used: UC-II (40mg), boswellia (60mg), tart cherry (480mg), glycine (3g), magnesium bisglycinate (150mg elemental), L-theanine (200mg), plus sodium and potassium electrolytes. Caffeine-free, 2g sugar, about 26 calories. No proprietary blends, every dose listed. The full formula is on the formula page. One disclosure: the UC-II is chicken derived. It's not a Big 9 allergen, so we're not required to say that. We're saying it anyway.
How do I mix it?
Tear open one packet, pour it into 16 to 20oz of cold water, and shake for about ten seconds. Any bottle you already own works. No shaker ball, no blender, no stirring it with a pen in the truck. The water will be slightly cloudy. That's real tart cherry powder, and clear water would mean there was nothing in it.
Do I need a shaker bottle?
No. The old version of our formula was built on 8 grams of collagen powder, and collagen clumps, so it genuinely needed one. We replaced it with 40mg of UC-II, which does more for your joints at a fraction of the weight, and the mixing problem went away with it. Whatever bottle is in your truck is enough.
When will I feel it?
Different parts at different speeds. The L-theanine, the same evening. The glycine and magnesium, the first night: same number of hours, better hours. Soreness support from boswellia, around day ten. Strength recovery from tart cherry, a few weeks. Joint comfort from UC-II builds over months, which is why we recommend taking it daily and not quitting at week three.
Does it have caffeine? Will it make me jittery?
No caffeine, no stimulants, no jitters. Clock Out is built for the drive home and winding down after a shift, not for energy. Several ingredients actually support calm and sleep.
Is it safe to take every day?
Yes. Every ingredient is chosen to be safe for daily, long-term use with no cycling required. We deliberately left out ingredients that need to be cycled or carry safety baggage.
Subscriptions & Founding Member
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click in your account. No phone calls, no email chains, no retention runaround. Cancel whenever you want.
How does the subscription work?
You're billed monthly and your box ships automatically, so you never run out. Cancel anytime.
What's the Founding Member offer?
The first 100 subscribers lock in $44.99 per month for life. Once the 100 spots are gone, they're gone. The price never resets for someone else. It's our way of rewarding the people who backed us first.
Trust, Testing & Guarantee
There are no reviews yet. Why should I trust this?
We publish everything: every ingredient, every dose, and a third-party lab test on every batch. Plus a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it does nothing for you, you don't pay.
Is it third-party tested?
Every batch is third-party tested, and we publish the full Certificate of Analysis. Scan the QR code on any packet to read exactly what's in it. Most supplement brands hide behind a proprietary blend. We don't.
What's your guarantee?
30-day money-back guarantee. Take it for a full month. If you don't feel a difference, email hello@clockoutdrink.com. Full refund. No forms.
What's your return policy?
Because Clock Out is something you consume, we don't take physical returns. Instead you're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If it doesn't work for you, we refund you. You don't need to send anything back.
