FAQ

What is Clock Out?

Clock Out is a post-shift recovery drink mix. It's a single-serve powder packet that you tear open, pour into a 16oz shaker bottle with water, shake, and drink on your way home from work. It's formulated to support joint health, reduce inflammation, improve sleep quality, and help your body actually recover from a physically demanding day.

What's in it?

Every ingredient, every dose, nothing hidden:

  • Collagen peptides (10g) for joint health and connective tissue repair
  • Glycine (4g) for sleep quality and connective tissue support
  • Magnesium bisglycinate (200mg elemental) for muscle recovery, sleep, and cramp prevention
  • Tart cherry extract (500mg) for inflammation and muscle soreness
  • Vitamin C (500mg) as a required cofactor for collagen synthesis
  • L-Theanine (200mg) for stress reduction and relaxation without drowsiness
  • Electrolytes (sodium citrate, salt, potassium) for rehydration

That's it. No proprietary blends. No filler. No mystery ingredients.

How do I take it?

Tear open a packet. Pour it into a 16oz shaker bottle with water. Shake it up. Drink it on the drive home or whenever your shift ends. That's the whole routine.

When will I feel it working?

Some effects are fast, others take time:

  • L-Theanine: calming effect within an hour or two
  • Glycine and magnesium: better sleep within the first few nights
  • Tart cherry and curcumin: reduced soreness within the first week or two
  • Collagen: joint improvement builds over 4 to 8 weeks of daily use

You'll notice sleep improvements first. Joint health takes the longest but it's the most meaningful long-term benefit.

Is it safe to take every day?

Yes. Every ingredient was specifically chosen because it's safe for daily, indefinite use. No cycling required. This was a deliberate design decision. We removed any ingredient that required cycling or had safety concerns at daily doses.

Can I take two packets in a day?

Yes. Double dosing is safe across the board. At a double dose, magnesium reaches the upper tolerable intake level (400mg elemental) but remains safe for healthy adults. If you had a particularly brutal day, two packets won't hurt you.

Are there any interactions I should know about?

Yes, a few important ones:

  • Space iron supplements at least 2 hours apart from Clock Out.
  • If you're pregnant, nursing, or on prescription medication, consult your doctor before use.

Every order ships with a Recovery Protocol card that explains all of this in plain language.

What flavors do you have?

Cherry and orange. Both available across all products.

When does my order ship?

We're currently in pre-order. Expected ship date: September. You'll receive email updates every two weeks with production progress. We'll never leave you guessing.

What's your return policy?

30-day money-back guarantee on unused product. If you try it and genuinely don't like it, email us at hello@clockoutdrink.com and we'll make it right. No runaround.

Do you offer bulk or crew orders?

Yes. The Crew Supply Pack is 5 boxes (150 servings) for $199.99, which works out to $40 per box. That's 27% off the single box price. Built for foremen, site managers, and business owners who want to take care of their crew.

What makes Clock Out different from other supplements?

Most supplements are built for gym-goers. Clock Out is built for people who do physical work for a living. The formula addresses what tradespeople actually deal with: joint pain, inflammation, muscle soreness, poor sleep, and dehydration. All in one packet, all at clinically studied doses, all tested by a third-party lab.

The only brand that even attempts to market to tradespeople sells BCAA and glutamine, which is two ingredients. Our formula has 8+ active ingredients covering joints, inflammation, sleep, and hydration.

Is this FDA approved?

The FDA does not approve dietary supplements for safety and efficacy before they are sold to consumers. That's the same for every supplement brand on the market. What we do: manufacture in a cGMP-certified facility, test every batch through a third-party lab, and publish the Certificate of Analysis so you can verify exactly what's in the product.
